8 rules you need to follow to lose 2 to 4 pounds a week

I actually do intervals to lose weight. Last year,I used intervals to lose 30 pounds in three months. I am doing them again and have lost 3 pounds in 4 days! I don't do my intervals as close together as Adrian suggests though. I do 30 minutes with hard intervals every five minutes. You must be in SHAPE to do intervals as Adrian suggests. Good Luck!
