Ok...You may be wondering if I was successful on the Phentermine...Yes..I lost nearly 40 pounds on the Phentermine. I gained back 8 over this summer...but feel good that I kept the weight off for an entire year. I am no longer on Phentermine. I used it to give me a jump start and motivation to begin a healthy lifestyle. Follow me on my quest to lose the last 35 pounds..and tone my body. In October, I joined a bootcamp and began exercising 7 days a week. After I hit my goal weight of 120 pounds..I will then slow down and work out 5 days a week.
To be honest, the bootcamp is great, but I wasn't losing any weight after 3 weeks. I am getting more physically fit but not seeing the weight loss. So, I decided to do what works for me. I have continued with the Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday bootcamp. In the meanwhile, at home, I do interval training on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Check out the Adrian Bryant videos on the front page. In 2 weeks of interval training, I have lost 6 pounds! My goal is to lose 10 pounds in November and 10 pounds in December. I will start to post month by month pictures to chronicle my weight loss journey.
